About the Position

We are now looking for industrial workers for upcoming assignments with our client in Ludvika. As an employee with our client, your workday may include various tasks. The tasks may differ across the different departments we are recruiting for, including assembly, machining, material handling, machine monitoring, packing, quality control, and testing. Forklift and overhead crane operation are commonly required.

The position as an industrial worker is a consulting assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. There are various work schedules within the organization, ranging from pure daytime and constant night shifts to 2-, 3-, 4-, and 5-shift rotations. Below is an example of a 5-shift rotation; other shift forms are set up similarly, with each shift period spanning a week.

Example 5-Shift:

Week 1 (Day): Mon–Fri 06:00–14:00, Sat–Sun 06:00–18:00
Week 2: Off
Week 3 (Evening): Mon–Fri 14:00–22:00
Week 4 (Night): Mon–Fri 22:00–06:00, Sat–Sun 18:00–06:00
Week 5: Off

About You

We are looking for someone who is curious, eager to learn, and enjoys working both independently and in a team. You are meticulous, practically inclined, and have a strong focus on quality. Additionally, you have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have:

Forklift license.
Overhead crane license.
Work experience in industry, construction, automotive technology, or similar practical professions.
Education in industry, electrical, technology, welding, or craftsmanship.
